Yes. We like to be open with our clients with ongoing fees so there are no surprises. Our design fees are strictly related to the work we do. Our fees do not include your ongoing subscriptions, which may include:
• Squarespace web hosting
• Domain hosting
• Scheduling
• CRMs
• etc.

However, for the time being we build exclusively on Squarespace due to it being the easiest for our client’s to learn.
Not to mention Squarespace has some of the best design features and integrations ready to go.
It really is a one-stop shop!

We require a 50% deposit to secure your design date in our calendar - don’t worry, we’ll send you the invoice so you know exactly what to do!
The remaining 50% is required just before your website is due to launch (ps. the launch is an exciting day!!)
If you do require a payment plan, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate and work with you so that you don’t miss out!

While our own website has minimal coding, we do not typically code for our clients, particularly if they aren’t familiar with coding, just because it can get awkward in the future if the code breaks or an update is made and it affects your website’s functionality.
At times, coding can make it challenging for you to maintain your own website too.
We want our clients to be empowered and feel confident in maintaining their website!

Don’t panic! We will go over tutorials on how to use Squarespace, PLUS we provide 2-4 weeks tech support post launch.
After that, Squarespace have 24/7 customer support and are incredibly helpful. We know you will be a-okay in their capable hands.
However, we do also offer an hourly rate if there is additional work you want completed, but do not have time for.
